講演発表者の皆様へ

予稿集用原稿の提出は本ページのフォームより受付けます。まず、執筆要領をよくご確認ください。
原稿はMicrosoft Wordにより、下記のテンプレート書式を使用して作成することを推奨します。作成後は、PDFに変換してご提出ください。変換が難しい場合はWordファイルでのご提出も可能ですが、なるべくPDF変換をお願いします。

原稿送信前に、内容・形式をよくご確認ください。提出後は一原稿につき一回のみ変更・差し替えが可能です。
締切日以降の変更・提出は受け付けませんので、ご了承ください。

※講演者（ポスター発表も含む）、招待者も全員、参加登録が必要です。

  • 提出された原稿の著作権は安全工学会に帰属します。
  • 講演予稿集（PDF）は、11月13日（木）に、「参加者専用ページ」にて公開予定です。参加費のご入金確認後に、参加者専用ページのパスワードをお送りします。
  • 講演取消の締切は11月4日（火）です。
  • それ以降に講演を取り消される場合、11月6日（木）までに取り消しが申請されれば原稿は掲載いたしません。11月7日（金）以降の申請、あるいは申請がなければ、掲載した上で講演中止といたします。
  • なお参加登録は、11月5日（水）以降のキャンセルはできません。参加登録費をお支払いいただきます。
  • 特許出願手続き上の証明や発表したことの証明には、座長の証明が必要となります。11月20日（木 ※開催日1週間前）までに事務局（jsse-2004@nifty.com）へご連絡ください。ご連絡がない場合は、証明書の発行は行いません。
  • Zoomでの配信は、口頭発表のみとなります。
  • ポスター発表は、全て現地のみでの掲示・発表となります(インターネット掲示・配信は行いません）。コアタイムには必ずポスター前にて待機してください。コアタイムは9月中にプログラムと同時に公開します。

Submission of manuscripts for the Proceedings will be accepted using the form on this page. Please read the Manuscript writing guidelines carefully.

We recommend that you prepare your manuscript in Microsoft Word using the template format below. Once created, please convert the file to PDF format before submission. If conversion is difficult, you may submit your manuscript as a Word file, but please convert it to PDF as much as possible.

Please check the content and format carefully before submitting your manuscript. After submission, changes or replacements can be made only once per manuscript.
No changes or submissions will be accepted after the deadline.

Please also register for the research meeting. (Registration is scheduled to open on early October.)
All speakers (including poster presenters) and invited guests are also required to register.
Registration Page (Open on early October)

  • The copyright of the submitted manuscripts belongs to the Society of Safety Engineers of Japan.
  • The Proceedings (PDF) will be available on Thursday, November 13, 2025. Access information will be sent after confirming payment of the registration fee.
  • The deadline for cancellation is November 4 (Tue).
  • If you cancel your presentation after that date, your manuscript will not be published if the cancellation is submitted by Thursday, November 6; if the cancellation is submitted on or after November 7, or if no request is received, your manuscript will be published and your presentation will be cancelled.
  • Registration cannot be cancelled after November 5 (Wed.). You will be required to pay the registration fee.
  • For proof of patent application procedures and proof of presentation, please contact the secretariat (jsse-2004@nifty.com) by November 20 (Thursday), one week prior to the event date. If you do not contact us, the certificate will not be issued.
  • Only oral presentations will be available via Zoom.
  • All poster presentations will be posted and presented on-site only (No Internet posting or streaming will be made.). Please be sure to wait in front of your poster during core time. The core time will be announced in September along with the program.

会員番号は、会費請求書に記載の「請求No.」左側4桁の数字です。ご不明な方は事務局へお問い合わせください。
非会員の方（特別招待講演やオーガナイズドセッション等の一部講演者）は、「0000」とご記入ください。
Your membership number is the four-digit number in the upper right corner of your dues invoice. If you are unsure, please contact the secretariat.
For non-members (some speakers of Special Invited Lectures, etc.), please write “0000”.

なるべく講演申込み時と同じメールアドレスをご記入ください。
Please enter the same email address you used when submitting your abstract.

緊急時の連絡にのみ使用します。研究発表会当日に連絡可能な番号を、半角でご記入ください。
This number will be used for emergency contact only. Please provide a phone number where the organizer can reach you on the day of the conference.

上記一般講演の「申込み時の受付番号10桁_(半角アンダーバー)」の部分を、下記のように変更してください。
　・特別招待講演：（特）
　・オーガナイズドセッション：（OS）
　・パネルディスカッション：（PD）
　例）特別招待講演の場合：（特）安全太郎_20250921.pdf　　

  • 受付番号（受付ID）は、申込み時にシステムより送信した登録確認メールに記載の、10桁の数字です。こちらのサンプルPDFを参照ください。
  • 記号（アンダーバー）と数字はすべて半角としてください。スペースは使用しないでください。
  • 提出後に原稿を差し替える際は、ファイル名の最後に「差し替え」と追記ください（例2参照）。また、変更項目と変更内容を明記してください。

Presenter's name_(underscore) date of submission (yyyymmdd)
If you change the contents, please put “rev” at the end of the file name.

内容変更は一度のみ受け付けます。変更項目を選択してください。原稿のアップロード方法は初回と同様です。講演タイトルと副題の変更はできません。
Changes to the content of the manuscript will be accepted only once. Please select the items you wish to change from the list. Upload your manuscript the same way you did the first time. The presentation title and subtitle cannot be changed.
