参加登録について About Registration

スケジュール

  • 11月4日（火）：早期参加登録締切、講演取り消し締切
  • 11月12日（水）：参加登録締切
  • 11月13日（木）：参加者専用ページにて講演予稿集（PDF）公開 ※アクセス情報は参加費の入金確認後にお知らせします。

参加登録の流れ

　1. 新規登録　→　2. 事務局から請求書送付　→　3. お支払い　→　4. 参加登録完了

  1. 本ページ下の登録フォームにて必要事項をご登録ください。
    ※フォーム送信後、ご登録いただきましたメールアドレスに登録受付のメールが届きます。
  2. 1の登録完了後、事務局から請求に関する連絡を1週間以内に差し上げます。お支払い方法は銀行振込となります。
  3. 2でお送りする内容にて、お支払いをお進めください。
  4. お支払いの完了を以て参加登録完了となります。
  5. 11月13日（木）から、参加者専用ページにて講演予稿集（PDF）を公開します。参加者専用ページのパスワードは、参加費のご入金を事務局が確認後、または入金予定日のご連絡を事務局が受領後にお送りします。
  6. 11月21日（金）（予定）で、現地会場への参加票をメールにてお送りします（参加方法にかかわらずお送りします）。11月26日までに、参加者専用ページに当日のZoom情報を掲載します。
  7. 参加票は現地での入場時に使用しますので、紙に印刷またはスマートフォンなどにダウンロードの上、ご持参ください。なお、登録内容の変更は、事務局（jsse－2004＠nifty.com）へメールにてご連絡ください。期日（11/20（木））以降のご対応はいたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
  • キャンセルは、早期申込みの締切（2025年11月4日 23:59）までに事務局へご連絡ください。
    2025年11月5日 0:00以降のキャンセルおよび返金はできませんので、ご注意ください。
  • 代理参加は可能ですので、11月20日（木）までに事務局へ変更後の参加者名をご連絡ください。

11月4日までのキャンセルと返金対応について
登録者ご本人からのキャンセル依頼後、事務局は参加費から振込手数料を差し引いた額を返金します。

※早期申込期間（11月4日 23:59まで）にお申し込みいただくと1,000円割引になります。11月5日（水）～11月12日（水）の受付分は通常価格となります。なお、割引適用の基準日はお申込み日ですので、参加費の振込は11月5日以降でも問題ありません。

  • 参加費には講演予稿集代金（税込）が含まれます。
  • 協賛団体の会員の方は、当会の会員価格で参加いただけます。
  • 11月5日（水）0:00以降のキャンセルはできませんので、ご注意ください。
  • 振込期限は11月17日（月）です。振込期限を過ぎる場合は、事前に振込予定日をご連絡ください。
  • 当日の参加受付はいたしませんのでご了承ください。

※懇親会招待者には、事前に事務局よりご連絡を差し上げます。

参加費：一般 8,000円、学生 4,000円（ともに税込）招待者 無料

  • 参加登録フォームにてお申込みのうえ、参加費と同様、事前にお支払いください。当日のお申込み・お支払い受付はいたしません。
  • 感染症等の状況によっては中止となる場合があります。

Registration Process

　1. Registration via online form, 2. Invoice sent from the secretariat, 3. Payment, 4. Registration completed

  1. Please register using the online form on this page. After submitting the online form, you will receive an email to your registered email address accepting your registration.
  2. After the procedure described in step 1, the secretariat will contact you within one week regarding billing. The payment method is the same as the membership fee.
  3. Please proceed with the payment.
  4. Registration will be completed upon receipt of payment.
  5. Around November 21, you will receive an registration ticket for on-site venue by e-mail (both will be sent regardless of the type of participation).
  6. A barcode will be printed on the on-site registration ticket. Please print it out on paper or download it to your mobile devices and present it at the registration desk on the day of the event.

　Change or Cancellation of Application after Registration

  • Please contact the office by e-mail (jsse-2004@nifty.com) to make any changes to your registration.
  • Please note that we will not be able to respond to any changes after the deadline.
  • Cancellations must be received by the Secretariat by the early registration deadline (November 4, 2025, 23:59).
  • Please note that cancellations and refunds are not possible after 0:00 on November 5, 2025.
  • Substitute participants are allowed; please contact the secretariat by November 20 with the name of the participant after the change.

Cancellation and Refund Policy until November 4
After a cancellation request from the registrant himself/herself, the secretariat will refund the registration fee minus the transfer fee.

Below are the amounts through November 4. Amounts in parentheses [ ] are for November 5 through November 12.
The secretariat will contact those who are eligible for the invitation in advance.

The discount will be 1,000 yen if you apply during the early application period (until November 4, 23:59); the regular price will be applied to applications received between November 5 and November 12. The base date for applying for the discount is the date of application, so payment can be made after November 5.

  • The registration fee includes the cost of the Proceedings (tax included).
  • Members of the sponsoring organization may participate at the price of our membership.
  • Please note that no cancellations will be accepted after 0:00 on November 5.
  • The deadline for bank transfer is Monday, November 17. If you plan to miss the transfer deadline, please let us know in advance the date you plan to make the transfer.
  • Please note that no registrations will be accepted on the day of the event.

The secretariat will contact those who are eligible for the invitation in advance.

  • Please register using the registration form and pay in advance as well as the registration fee. No registrations or payments will be accepted on the day of the event.
  • The event may be cancelled due to infectious disease or other conditions.

参加登録の前に、以下の禁止事項・注意事項をご確認ください。

禁止事項

  • 講演や演題発表のすべてまたは一部を、電磁機器にデジタル情報として保存する行為
    　例）画面のスクリーンショットを含む講演の撮影、録音
  • 講演や演題発表で用いられた動画ファイル、PDFファイルの不正取得・不正印刷する行為
    　例）不正なソフトを用いて強制的にファイルをダウンロード・印刷するなど
  • 講演や演題で発表された数値データやアイデアを不正に他で公表する行為
  • SNSなどで、発表者やその他の方の個人情報や機密情報を書き込む行為
  • SNSなどを用いて、通常の学術的議論を超えた人格を否定するような誹謗中傷・非難、特定の人物・組織の信用を失墜させるような書き込み等を行う行為

注意事項
  • 参加登録締切後は、ご都合により参加不可能な場合も参加費の返金はいたしません。

Please read the following prohibitions and precautions before registering to participate.

Prohibited acts

  • Saving all or part of a lecture or presentation as digital information on an electromagnetic device
    　Example: screenshots, recordings, audio, etc.
  • Unauthorized acquisition and unauthorized printing of video files and PDF files used in lectures and presentations.
    　Example: Forcibly downloading and printing files using illegal software.
  • Improperly publishing numerical data or ideas presented in a lecture or presentation elsewhere
    　Example: taking pictures of slides and showing them in your own lecture, uploading screenshots to social media, etc.
  • Posting personal or confidential information of presenters or other people on social media, etc.
    　Example: Posting the location of incidents based on inferences from the content of presentations, posting email addresses of related parties, etc.
  • Using social media etc. to post libelous or slanderous comments that go beyond normal academic discussion and deny the dignity of a person or organization, or posts that discredit a specific person or organization.

Notes

  • There will be no refunds for participation fees after the deadline for registration, even if you are unable to attend for personal reasons.
  • If the presentation is delayed due to some unforeseen circumstances, the proceedings will be used instead.

参加登録 第58回安全工学研究発表会 Registration The 58th Annual Conference of the Japan Society for Safety Engineering

「講演発表者」は講演発表を行う方のみです（ポスター発表含む）。登壇しない共同研究者の方は「一般参加者」を選択してください。
Only presenters are eligible for the “Speaker” category (including poster presentation). If you are a co-researcher who is not a speaker, please select “Participant”.

企業展示のスタッフ（講演聴講なし）で懇親会のみご参加の方は、「展示スタッフ（懇親会のみ参加）」を選択ください。懇親会費の請求書を発行します。※この場合、参加者専用ページのパスワードはお送りしません。また、講演予稿集の冊子版をご希望の場合は通常価格となりますので、ご了承ください。

非会員の方は「非会員」、招待者の方は「招待者」とご記入ください。会員の方で会員番号が不明な場合は、事務局までお問い合わせください。

講演発表者（ポスター発表を含む）は全員、現地参加となります。

懇親会は、11月27日（木）の講演終了後、定員130名（先着）で開催予定です。懇親会の参加費は、研究発表会の参加費と同様にお支払いいただきます。
ただし、感染症等の状況によっては中止となる場合がございますので、ご了承ください。その場合、お支払い済みの懇親会参加費は返金いたします。
当日の懇親会参加申込みや参加費お支払いは受け付けませんので、ご了承ください。
懇親会への招待者へは、あらかじめ事務局よりご連絡を差し上げております。
A social gathering will be held after the session on November 27 (Thu), with a max capacity of 130 (first-come, first-served). The social gathering fee must be paid in the same way as the registration fee.
Please note, however, that the social gathering may be canceled depending on the status of infectious diseases and other conditions. In such a case, the fee already paid will be refunded.
Please note that we will not accept applications or payment for the social gathering on the day of the conference.
Invitees to the social gathering will be contacted in advance by the secretariat.

講演予稿集は、すべての参加者にPDFにて提供いたします。さらに冊子印刷版が必要な方は、下記にてお申込みください。

A free childcare center will be set up at the venue during the conference. Maximum number of children is 10. Please note that this service is only available in Japanese.
